As a resident of Gloucester County, "The Land Worth Living", for over 25 years I have come to love this community and all it has to offer. I served the community as a first responder for two decades and have learned that Gloucester has all the benefits of small and larger areas. In a matter of minutes one could go from vast farmlands to waterfront properties to more urban areas. With this knowledge of the area I am uniquely able to find just the right fit for my clients desires.

Kelly Guess
Kelly Guess is a Real Estate Agent who works with Mason Realty with offices in Urbanna, Saluda and Deltaville, Virginia serving the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula.
Growing up treasuring memories with family and friends on the river, her love for the area brought her here to live close to 3 decades ago.
Whether you are buying or selling a home you need a real estate agent that knows the area and the market. Many factors must be considered to help you have the best buying or selling experience. Flood zones, water depths, zoning, septic systems and many more are areas that need to be considered. Kelly understands these issues and has a sharp eye for detail.
Kelly believes that every buyer, seller and property are unique. She works hard to exceed her client's goals. She listens to her clients needs and works hard to make sure she can provide exceptional service when assisting them with buying or selling their home.

Charlene Winter
I left "homework" to my colleagues when I retired from teaching after 31 years. I now work with "home"-owners - buying or selling their home.
I don't "sell", I "serve". I am a listener, a researcher, a matchmaker, a negotiator, and a creative problem-solver. I navigate the process, complete countless forms, schedule inspections, protect my clients, coordinate the transaction among clients, agents, inspectors, appraisers, lenders and title companies. I meet deadlines and sometimes talk my client off the ledge when it becomes overwhelming. I have been known to help clients pack and move, but that is not on the resume'.
In many ways I am still teaching. Clients and students require the same attention. I meet them where they are in the learning process and guide them forward. I love what I do and value the lasting friendships I have made.
My "not-working" hobbies include quilting, reading and/or listening to books on Audible, gardening and lunches with friends.
