Virginia Housing Real Estate Professional Training

The Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS® Education Committee is excited to announce an upcoming Virginia Housing Real Estate Professional Training on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gloucester County Library.

About the Class:
This 2-hour course, led by Joni Moncure, Business Development Officer at Virginia Housing, is approved for both CE and PL credit. REALTORS® will gain valuable insights into Virginia Housing programs, financing options, and how to better serve clients navigating affordable housing opportunities.
