With more than 34 years of experience in residential mortgage lending, Danny Murphy has built his career on providing personalized service, trusted guidance, and lasting relationships with homebuyers and real estate professionals.

As Senior Vice President with C&F Mortgage Corporation, Danny believes that successful mortgage lending goes beyond simply obtaining financing.  He takes pride in educating his clients, finding solutions to challenging situations, and being accessible when they need him.  His commitment to personalized service and building relationships that extend well beyond closing has been the foundation of his career.

Having owned a home in Deltaville for the past five years, Danny has developed a deep appreciation for the Chesapeake Bay region and the people who call it home.  He looks forward to becoming more involved in the local real estate community and sharing his mortgage knowledge and experience with fellow association members.

Danny previously served on the Board of Directors for Powhatan Habitat for Humanity.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle, their three children, and family and friends at their home in Deltaville.

Danny also brings extensive expertise in construction financing, offering both one-time and two-time closing options for buyers purchasing land and building custom homes.  His experience with non-QM financing provides additional options for self-employed borrowers and buyers with unique financial circumstances.
