Description

This course looks at some of the characteristics of older homes, from squeaky floors to lead water mains. Buyers that are not accustomed to older homes may not have realistic expectations. Preparation of your buyer is important in these situations. This seminar is designed to help you to help your client know what to expect when buying an older home.

10:30-11:00 will be arrival and set up

11:00-12:00 “Older Homes” free CE class presentation by Pillar to Post Home Inspections

12:00-1:00 Lunch provided by Chesapeake Bank (during lunch-Jessica Dehoux and Kristi Rowe will provide information and a brief discussion on construction loans/land loans and Home Equity Loans.

No Show/Cancellation Policy:  Must cancel minimum of 48 hours before the event in order to not be charged a   No-Show fee of $15.00.
