The following topics will be covered: 

-New real estate related laws and updated laws 

-Flood Hazard to include information to include local information and resources.

2 hours of required CE credit.  PL credit not offered.

For those needing only 1 Hour of DPOR Required CE credit, the 2^nd Hour will be credited to Elective Subjects.
