Pillar to Post will do a field trip to a Mock Home Inspection. This class caters to agents of all levels. They follow along as John takes them through the home inspection process, distinguishes between defects & cosmetic issues, explains how to inform without causing alarm and shares how to ensure a smooth closing.

(the mock home inspection is still a work in progress and we are trying to see if we can get a model home to perform the class in or a vacant property that someone would be interested in hosting for us).
