Her unwavering commitment to assisting individuals in their housing needs is evident in her day-to-day business practices.

Cheryl and her family are avid boaters and are familiar with the waterways of the Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck. She provides specialized insights for waterfront properties, ensuring her clients find the perfect home or land that meets their needs.

I have been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, and it is a career I truly love. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to help buyers and sellers through all kinds of real estate situations, and I never take for granted the trust people place in me during such an important time in their lives.

I currently serve as the Managing Broker at Century 21 Nachman Realty’s Gloucester and Newport News office, where I support both my clients and a team of real estate professionals. One of the parts of my work I enjoy most is helping agents grow in their business, build confidence, and create success for themselves while continuing to serve our clients well.

I began my career in real estate in 2001, and over the years I have gained a strong depth of experience and knowledge in the industry. I have worked with both buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types and price points. I believe in truly understanding the unique needs and preferences of each client, and I work hard to help them achieve their goals. In addition to my brokerage role, I am also an instructor for Moseley Real Estate School, where I regularly teach New Salesperson licensing classes.

I believe real estate is about so much more than just buying and selling property. It is about relationships, trust, guidance, and helping people move into the next chapter of their lives. I work hard to make sure my clients and agents feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, reading, and enjoying all that our local area has to offer. Community means a lot to me, and I am proud to live and work in a place like Gloucester.

I began my Real Estate Career in 2003. One of my dreams in life was to raise my children as a stay at home mom. I also managed and took care of the office for our family owned Drywall Install, finish and texture business for over 25 years. I now realize this experience is extremely valuable as a Real Estate Broker. I have a trained eye and recognize value when viewing homes and properties.

As a Broker the additional training and education is added to the experience. I strive for a smooth listing, purchase and sale transaction. Attention to details is very important and necessary. Most of all I enjoy helping sellers and buyers create an enjoyable and positive experience. I believe Real Estate should be enjoyed before, during  and after the sale! Here we go!

I provide value, communicate, accurately construct offers, negotiate sales, and organize all of the steps to a smooth settlement, I am solution focused, and relationship driven. My relationship and assistance to my clients

continue beyond closing. I love animals and the outdoors, I am community involved, and I work hard for my clients. My biggest thank you is a referral.
