Susan Silvus is the Association Executive/CEO of Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS® and CBRAR Property Services, Inc. a real estate association and multiple listing company. My job is to support our members with their business, manage the financials and operation of both companies and stay educated on the policies mandated by both the National and State Association of REALTORS®. I advocate for the value of homeownership and property rights, promote and enhance the REALTOR® brand, and provide valued services and education for our members.  Before devoting her fulltime to the Association Susan was a REALTOR® member with an Associate Broker license. She has served on both companies Board of Directors in various positions from 2009-2020.

 I’ve been in my members shoes and hope that experience gives me some insight to better serve their needs.

Hunter Inge is the Administrative Assistant at the Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS®, where he supports daily office operations and assists members with a variety of administrative needs. Hunter takes pride in providing dependable support and prioritizing a positive, helpful experience for members.

Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys spending time with friends and family and is a proud pet parent to two cats and a dog. Hunter values organization, teamwork, and continuous learning and looks forward to building strong connections while supporting the wonderful members of CBRAR.
