Meet Kaydence Congleton, a 20 year-old part-time marketing intern at the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors. Responsible for managing the association’s social media accounts, Kaydence aims to foster community engagement and spotlight local real estate opportunities.

While dedicating time to her internship, Kaydence concurrently pursued an associates degree in Arts and Sciences from RCC (Rappahannock Community College), furthering her education alongside her professional development. Currently, she is actively working towards obtaining licensure to deepen her understanding of the real estate industry.

In addition to her internship and academic pursuits, Kaydence also holds a position at a local restaurant, where she gains valuable experience in hospitality while saving for her college expenses. Outside of her work commitments, she enjoys indulging in her hobbies, such as reading, painting, and exploring the serene river beaches of Wake, VA.

I am the Association Executive/CEO of Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of REALTORS® and CBRAR Property Services, Inc. My job is to support our members with their business, manage the financials and operation of both companies and stay educated on the policies mandated by both the National and State Association of REALTORS®. I advocate for the value of homeownership and property rights, promote and enhance the REALTOR® brand, and provide valued services and education for our members.  Before devoting myself fulltime to the Association I was a REALTOR® member with an Associate Broker license. I served on both companies Board of Directors in various positions from 2009-2020.

I hope that my experience as a REALTOR® gives me some additional insight to better serve the membership's needs.
