GRI & ABR 40 years licensed, I worked for local independent companies all of my career until the opportunity of cloud access and networking across the nation, as well as 100% comission with low cap rate. I live in the “country” in the Rivah communities of the middle peninsula and northern neck. I buy and sell houses for my LLC making deals to help the sellers get what they deserve, as fair price and easy closing. My education has gone beyond  my wildest imagination. I’m living the dream of being my own boss.
