Class Description: Management of Real Estate Brokerage Firms (discussions on emerging trends, definitions of the terms we use, Maintenance and management of escrow accounts, risk management, public policy issues and recent court cases as well as case studies and Q & A). Supervision and Management of Real Estate Agents (VREB and Code of Ethics guidelines for advertising and social media, disclosures, agency, misrepresentation, and new guidelines required from the VREB company policies and procedures manual.
