CBRAR has canceled the 8-Hour Broker Class on October 22nd. We apologize for the inconvenience.  The education schedule for 2027 has not been set up yet but we plan on scheduling it again in the spring of 2027.

8 hours of required broker credit for license renewal: 

-6 Hours of Broker Management 

-2 hours of Broker Supervision

Class Description: Management of Real Estate Brokerage Firms (discussions on emerging trends, definitions of the terms we use, Maintenance and management of escrow accounts, risk management, public policy issues and recent court cases as well as case studies and Q & A). Supervision and Management of Real Estate Agents (VREB and Code of Ethics guidelines for advertising and social media, disclosures, agency, misrepresentation, and new guidelines required from the VREB company policies and procedures manual.

No show fee is $40.00.  Cancellation must be 48 hours before class to avoid $40.00 no show fee.
