About

Dave is a very experienced agent who brings over 20 years of full time RE to our group.  Prior to working RE,  he was a Class A State Licensed Contractor who specialized in Historic Restoration working towards federal guidelines for tax credit purposes, mostly in the City of Richmond.

He started his career here in Tidewater with Abbitt Realty where he was Rookie of the year in 2000.

Has is a past Vice President of CBRAR and  also served on  the CBRAR MLS board the following year.

He is very active in our community especially with the Abingdon Ruritan Club, famous for their Seafood Festivals.

He is Past President of that organization, was Vice President, on the Board of directors, and headed up many committees, his favorite was Relay for Life for many years.

He lives on the Severn River at the mouth of Rowe Creek and has been fishing and boating our local waters since a child.  He knows most of the water here and is an invaluable resource to that end.  He also holds a commercial waterman’s card and has been involved in many different harvesting ventures including his current Oyster lease projects.

He holds a BA in Philosophy from  Marymount University.
