Delena Nelson, Realtor, originally from the west coast, first laid eyes on the Chesapeake Bay and Middle Peninsula by sailboat in 2008. She immediately fell in love with the beautiful landscape, peace and quiet, and amazing people who live here and decided to stay!

Delena has been the owner of a massage therapy practice serving the surrounding communities for 16 years. She has cultivated a loyal client base by building her business on trust and keeping her client's best interest in mind at all times. Delena believes her success stems from positive referrals. With the many relationships she has made, she now feels a part of the pulse of the region; after celebrating her 11th wedding anniversary with Mathew native, David, she has also learned much of the local history.

Having a passion for helping others, she decided to become a real estate agent; she wants to be your dedicated, knowledgeable guide throughout the complex and deeply personal process of buying and selling a home. The skills Delena has developed as a small healthcare business owner, such as: keen listening, attention to the details, executing a plan of action, and creating trust, make her an excellent asset to your home buying or selling team.
