As a self proclaimed #REALTORNerd, education is important to me, whether it is alphabet soup after my name with multiple earned designations (ABR, ePRO, GRI & MRP) or educating fellow agents.

Real estate wasn’t a childhood dream, but now with 20+ years in the industry, I can not imagine a greater way to help my local community. Licensed since 2006, I have experience with first time home buyers, estates, military relocation, new construction, property management, all types of sellers and more from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach and every locality in between. I take a “team” approach as I educate my clients and provide resources throughout the process realizing I bring the expertise and experience while helping my clients make the final decisions. While I count it as “normal”, my attention to detail, combination of technology and systems producing exceeded expectations from my clients’ is why I credit most of my business from repeat clients, sphere & referrals!

With many years in the industry, I am always excited at the chance to now give back. I am proud to be a 2019 Virginia Realtors Leadership Academy Graduate and member of Women’s Council as well as the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. I have also taken on numerous leadership positions within VPAR (Virginia Peninsula Association of REALTORS) and VAR (Virginia REALTORS), currently serving the 3rd year on the Board of Directors for Virginia REALTORS. Balancing out my volunteer duties, I previously served on the Coventry PTA Executive Committee, have volunteered with Habitat for Humanity for years and consistent contributor to CHKD (Children’s Hospital of King’s Daughters)

Born and raised in Hampton, Virginia, I now reside in Yorktown, Virginia with my family. Between family life, real estate and volunteering, there is little free time in a day, but in those rare moments, I enjoy running (first half marathon completed April 2019), reading (always up for an inspirational read or biography) or anything near a waterfront.
